Licence & Terms of Use
Both tools are free, run on your own computer, and send nothing to us - SpecCore's driver check talks only to Windows Update. They are provided by Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd, trading as Azury PC (company 13446812, 23a The Precinct, London Road, Waterlooville PO7 7DT, ICO ZC188926, info@azurypc.co.uk). Lockbox - Licence & Terms
Folder and PDF encryption. By installing or using Lockbox you agree to the terms below.
Licence
We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Lockbox on your own devices for personal or business use. The software and all intellectual property in it remain owned by Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd. You may not sell or charge others for it, reverse-engineer it (except where the law permits), remove notices, or use it unlawfully.
It runs on your computer
Lockbox is offline: no account, nothing stored about you, nothing sent to us or anyone else. Your passwords and files never leave your device.
No password recovery
Lockbox uses strong encryption (AES-256 for zip and PDF; Argon2id with AES-256-GCM for the Strong Vault). There is no back door and no recovery. If you lose a password, the data cannot be recovered by us or anyone. Keep your passwords safe and keep backups. A Strong Vault (.azlock) file opens only in Lockbox - keep a copy of Lockbox with your backups.
No warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Confirm an encrypted copy opens before deleting any original. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud); subject to that, we are not liable for loss of data, profit or goodwill or any indirect loss, and as the software is free our total liability is limited to £50.
Third-party components and law
Includes open-source components under their own licences: pyzipper (MIT); pikepdf (MPL-2.0) with QPDF (Apache-2.0); argon2-cffi (MIT); cryptography (Apache-2.0). Governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to your non-waivable consumer rights.
SpecCore - Licence & Terms
Your PC's spec sheet plus a plain-English health check. By installing or using SpecCore you agree to the terms below.
Licence
A free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use SpecCore on your own devices. The software and its intellectual property remain owned by Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd. You may not sell it, reverse-engineer it (except where the law permits), remove notices, or use it unlawfully.
It runs on your computer, read-only
SpecCore reads your hardware information and Windows Event Log using Windows' own built-in tools. It never changes anything on your PC. No account, nothing stored about you, nothing sent to us. Its driver check asks Windows Update whether newer drivers exist for your hardware - that request goes to Microsoft's service, not to us - and the drivers/support buttons simply open the relevant maker's website in your browser.
Not professional advice
SpecCore's explanations and "what to do" suggestions are general guidance to help you understand what your PC reports - not a diagnosis or a guarantee. Before making hardware changes, editing settings or running commands, make sure you understand them and back up important data; if in doubt, ask a qualified technician. You act on SpecCore's output at your own risk. Detected specs come from what Windows reports and may be incomplete (graphics memory can be under-reported, for example).
No warranty, liability, third-party components and law
Provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law; subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the software or actions taken on its output, and as it is free our total liability is limited to £50. Includes CustomTkinter (MIT) and Pillow (HPND); driver links open third-party sites we do not control. Governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to your non-waivable consumer rights.
