For business

Office PCs and setups, with local support on hand.

Workstations, monitors, printers, Wi-Fi and backups - supplied, set up and tidied properly for small businesses around Denmead, Waterlooville and Portsmouth, by someone with twenty years of hands-on experience, two of them at Microsoft. And because the same company builds business software, the two halves actually talk to each other.

What we do

The unglamorous stuff that keeps an office working.

Small businesses rarely need an IT department. They need someone who turns up, sorts it, explains it and answers the phone afterwards.

Workstations and laptops

Supplied to suit the job - not one spec for everyone - set up with your software, printers and accounts, and ready to work on day one.

Monitors, docks and printers

Two screens per desk is the cheapest productivity gain there is. Docks so a laptop becomes a desk in one plug. Printers everyone can reach, with scanning that works.

Network and Wi-Fi

Coverage in every corner, fixed desks cabled properly, and a router that is not the one the broadband company sent in a box.

Backups and updates

A local backup plus an off-site copy, tested. Windows updates and antivirus set to look after themselves, and checked when we visit.

Moving to new machines

Files, email, bookmarks and printers moved across so Monday morning looks the same - only faster. Old machines wiped properly before they go.

Someone to call

When something breaks, you ring a person who already knows how your office is set up. No ticket queue, no explaining it from scratch.

Setup planner

Tell us about the office. We will sketch the plan.

Three quick questions and you get a plain-English outline you can send us. A visit and a written quote come before anything is ordered.

Hardware and software, one company

The PCs and the programs on them, from the same people.

Azury Digital, the other half of the company, builds business software that runs in the UK every day. If your office needs invoicing, CIS, property or salon software as well as the machines to run it on, one phone call covers both - and nobody blames the other supplier.

Need something that does not exist yet? Azury Digital builds bespoke tools for individual businesses too.

How it works

Look, plan, set up, stay in touch.

STEP 1

A short visit

We come and look at what you have, what is slow, what is held together with hope, and what you actually need.

STEP 2

A written plan and quote

Plain English, itemised, no obligation. If something you have is fine, we say so rather than sell you a new one.

STEP 3

Set up around your hours

Evenings or a quiet day if that suits, so nobody is sat waiting for their desk to come back.

STEP 4

Still nearby

A number to ring, and someone who remembers how it was all set up.
